The Board of Trustees of the Philippine Society of IT Educators (PSITE) cordially invites you to attend the 7th National Conference on Information Technology Education (NCITE 2009), Capitol University, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, this coming October 21-23, 2009.

The NCITE 2009 provides a venue to present innovative ideas, approaches, developments and results of research projects in the areas of Information Technology and Technology-based Education. The conference also promotes the exchange of information between researchers, faculty, administrators, and I.T. practitioners.

The conference fee is Php3,500.00. This covers conference materials and food for three days but does not include accommodation, breakfast and dinner. However, during the pre-conference activities on October 21, 2009 which starts by 1:00pm, only the afternoon snacks and the welcome dinner are covered. A discounted rate is given to participants who register on or before September 21, 2009. The early bird rate is Php3,300.00. A team-building activity on October 24, 2009, Saturday, is being considered and still in the planning stage.

Presenting authors and participants are responsible for their accommodations. A list of hotels and inns located near the conference venue with the corresponding rates and contact details is being prepared.
